I am regulated through the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury
The solicitors regulation authority have no oversight into my activities as a notary

Price information
Most service are based on a fixed price notified in advance of work commencing.
Other services when the amount of work is unknown is based upon £180.00 per hour.
There is usually a minimum fee of £90, which may be lower for very simple single page documents.

Documents often require an additional stamp from the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (an Apostille) and also from consulates for the destination country.

Example:

Notary fees for a power of a attorney for Spain £120.00
Legalisation at the FCO - Apostille £ 30.00
Agent to obtain apostille £ 19.90

Complaints
First write to me, preferably by email.

If the matter cannot be immediately resolved I will refer the complaint to The Notaries Society who will deal with the complaint under their Approved Complaints Procedure.
